    • Rent checks are deposited by the 2nd, checks must clear (this takes 5 business days, excluding holidays & weekends). 
    • Salefish Properties mails out owner packets by the 11th of each month.
    • An e-mail is sent out informing our clients when the owner packets have been mailed.
